Overview
This 21-day trip will take you on a memorable vacation to Vietnam, a beautiful country with a long history, many different types of landscapes, and a lively culture. Three areas offer three very different experiences with food, architecture, and local customs that will leave a lasting impression on your heart.
Highlights
- Ho Chi Minh City and the surrounding area: This is the most exciting city in the South, where tradition meets contemporary in a lively city. Then you will see the famous Cu Chi Tunnels and the colorful Cao Dai Temple. After that, you may learn about the culture of the Mekong Delta, including a rare encounter with Mr. Sau Tuong, a former Vietcong soldier.
- Nha Trang: Fly to the beach to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. Take a half-day tour of the city, have a blast at VinWonders Amusement Park, and then rest on the beach for a few days.
- Hanoi and Sapa: Go to the North for a traditional mask-making session, then take a cable car journey to Fansipan Peak, which is known as the "Roof of Indochina," to see the beautiful mountains in Sapa. Meet people from different ethnic groups and enjoy the cold air in the highlands.
- Da Nang and Central Vietnam: Fly to Central Vietnam and see iconic sights including the Marble Mountains, the Golden Bridge, the Ba Na Hills, the Son Tra Peninsula, and the Hoi An Ancient Town. You can have fun local experiences like riding a buffalo, taking a cooking class, and going to the My Son Sanctuary, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Arrival in Saigon in the morning, then you will move directly to Cu Chi Tunnel.
The ingenious tunnel complex was initially started in 1948 to protect the Viet Cong guerrillas from the French air and ground sweeps. The tunnels also served as communication routes, storage facilities for food and weapon caches and contained hospitals and living quarters for guerrilla fighters throughout the American War.
Then you will visit Cao Dai Temple - It is famous for a unique architectural style reflecting its blended traditions as well as attracts a lot of visitors exploring the Caodaism, an indigenous Vietnamese religion combining the teachings of Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism
Return Ho chi Minh.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Breakfast at hotel, you will discover History Museum, which shows you the rich cultural heritage of Vietnam as you explore various exhibits and artifacts on display.
Then you will visit Reunification palace. It was designed by architect Ngô Viết Thụ and was the home and workplace of the president of the Republic of Vietnam. It was the site of the Fall of Saigon on 30 April 1975 that ended the Vietnam War, when a North Vietnamese Army tank crashed through its gates.
Lunch on your own
In the afternoon, you will visit Fine Art Museum with beautiful art work of famous Vietnamese artist.
Walking along Ho Chi Minh Square to see French colonial architecture.
Finally, you will visit Opera House and Old Post Office, constructed from 1886-1891 and depicts classic elements of Gothic, Renaissance and French colonial design.
Back to hotel and take a rest.
10:00 Arrive at meeting point, get on a tri-motor cycle (xe loi) ride to enjoy the lush surroundings of rice paddies and fruit farms alongside the narrow village roads.
Arrive at the waterfront, board the charming Mango Cruise for a glimpse at the Delta scenery while enjoying coconut juice.
First stop for a visit at the coconut processing, then back to your cruise and the cruise will stop at a brick making shop, where the locals still use centuries-old traditional methods to make the bricks by hand where you will start a Bicycle trip around Phong Nam village around 4km. Then, continue the bicycle trip for about 05 minutes to Mrs. Huong’s home. Her family lives on fishing, shrimp and farming. Enjoy the tropical fruits and honey tea in her garden before taking the rowing sampan , be paddled by a personalized rower trip to discover the maze of small canals.
Then head to Mango home restaurant and enjoy your 5-course lunch and freshen up before switching to a bicycle and riding 500m, about 4 minutes (or 7-10 minutes’ walk) on village roads past green gardens and local houses. Then enter the local house of Mr. Ba Tài’s to learn the fascinating process of rice wine making.
Lastly, a memorable visit to Mr. Sau Tuong, who is a former Vietcong soldier who survived two years fighting the Khmer Rouge in Phnom Penh. Now, he and his wife live on making rice paper which is the most famous specialty of My Long village. Have a chat with him and enjoy the crispy rice paper made by his wife and see how it is made.
15:30 After the visit, the boat will be waiting for you at the pier nearby to bring you back to Ben Tre city where your car will be ready to take you back to Saigon.

Ponagar Temples – Long Son Pagoda – Cathedral – around sightseeing/shopping
Nha Trang city, a small city on the south central coastline of Vietnam, is a famous beach city of Vietnam. Travelers like to travel to Nha Trang, not because of its beach, but also by its historical relics from Cham civilization represented as Po Nagar tower, a sacred Hindu site dating back to the 7th century, Stone Church built in French colony time, to Long Son Pagoda - Buddhist pagoda built in commemoration of the monks and nuns who died whilst fighting the Diem Government.
Then back to hotel, free in the afternoon.

Then around 3pm, transfer to train street and enjoy the iconic destination of Hanoi.
Then you will visit the home of the last traditional mask making artisan in Hanoi. Entirely handmade and always lingering with the faint smell of paper and glue, the paper masks have been part of the childhood for many generations of Hanoi people who wore them to celebrate the full moon night particularly during the Mid-Autumn Festivals. The visit to the artisan, will serve a cause of raising awareness about the preservation of this multi century old art.

In the afternoon, after a short 10–15 minute drive to the village entrance, the guided trek starts with a gentle walk downhill into the valley. The trail winds through scenic rice terraces and peaceful countryside, leading to traditional houses of the Black H’mông people, where visitors can observe daily life and local crafts like weaving and dyeing. The tour continues to the French-era hydroelectric station and the beautiful Cat Cat Waterfall, a highlight of the route. Along the way, the guide explains the cultural history of the area and answers questions about H’mông traditions. After exploring the village and taking in panoramic views, guests walk back to the parking area where the driver awaits for the return trip to Sapa.

A full-day Fansipan tour without trekking is a comfortable and scenic way to conquer the “Roof of Indochina” without physical strain. The journey usually starts with hotel pickup in Sapa around 8:30 AM, followed by a short drive to the Fansipan Legend cable car station. From there, you’ll board the world’s longest three-rope cable car, soaring over lush valleys and terraced rice fields for about 15–20 minutes before reaching the upper station near the summit at 3,000 meters. Afterward, visitors can take a funicular train or walk a short staircase to reach the actual summit of Mount Fansipan at 3,143 meters, where breathtaking 360-degree views await. Along the way, you can explore beautiful pagodas, stone statues, and temples that dot the mountain, creating a peaceful spiritual atmosphere.

In the morning, transfer to Bana Hills Station. You have a chance to ride on a modern system of cable cars helps you get a bird’s-eye view, very miraculous and attractive while enjoying a feeling of flying in the blue sky amidst the clouds and wind. You will visit some old French villas en route, as well as the suspension bridge, Nui Chua & the Mountain Peak (at the height of 1,487m). Visit Linh Ung Pagoda, Golden Bridge, Sakyamuni Buddha’s monument and Ba Na.

8:30 am
- Our van will transfer you to Monkey Mountain. A giant statue of Lady Buddha with a beautiful background such as mountains and a huge garden of bonsai would draw your attention. You will definitely get lost in the garden of heaven with gripping stories when gently walking and enjoying a fresh breeze.
9:30 - 10:00 am:
- Discovery the Marble Mountains and stop for a walk along the site to see local factories of stone sculptures - the most impressive handicrafts village in Da Nang.
- Check in the Marble Mountains by climbing up to the top (elevator is optional). Here we will see beautiful pagodas which were made in the 19th century by the last dynasty of the Vietnam monarchy, and visit Huyền Không or Tàng Chơn Caves.
- Keep going to see the biggest fascinating cave named as Âm Phủ Cave. You will learn interesting philosophies of Buddhism and take photos with amazing natural creations.

Breakfast at hotel, then meet your local guide and start your fascinating day.
You will transfer to Bay Mau coconut forest - about 7 hectares, surrounded by mangrove forests, canals, houses covered by coconut water leaf .
On the way, you will try farming work like plough and raking with buffalo, riding water buffalo, learning how to transplant rice, flooding farm, grinding rice, pounding rice.
Then enjoy Coconut forest - This place had ever been the refuge for people and local soldiers during the Vietnam War. Nowadays, it is famous for providing the most seafood products.
You will be warmly welcomed at Mr. Han – a 3 generations family, taste of green tea and stroll through the village. You will row a basket boat within the hands of skillful locals and discover their techniques of traditional fishery in water coconut forest.
Back Mr. Han’ family for enjoy a foot bath with medicinal herbs, traditional therapeutic practice before getting ready to prepare lunch with a local family.
Lunch will feature many local delicacies, such as Tam Huu spring rolls, BanhXeo local pancakes, grilled fish in banana leaf and others.
Then you will transfer to Hoi An and discovering Hoi An Ancient Town with colorful lanterns, yellow buildings and romantic Hoai River. You will discover Japanese Bridge, Ong Pagoda and Chinese Assembly Hall.

Arrive in My Son Temple, a special electric car will pick you up at the main gate and take you to the place where was chosen to build the temple tower of the Champa Royal for nearly 1000 years with many ancient towers hidden in a discreet valley. The place where the most exquisite focus of ancient Champa culture – is considered to be the Holy Land.
There, you will hear the stone bricks tell about the dancing gods, tell about the gods of worship in the Champa culture, and so many secrets that until now still have no explanation and maybe you will be the first decode them.
After visiting and listening to the tour guide talk about the mysteries here, you will be back to the main gate of My Son Ruins by special electric car. Leave My Son Holy land behind.

Your reservation requests will be handled and responded to within 24 hours. We will inform you in case we are unable to process your requests due to any specific reason. In case of any unavailability of hotels, flights, specialized services etc., our Travel Expert will provide you some alternative recommendations before processing your final booked services.
Once a reservation is made, a booking confirmation and invoice will be sent to your appointed email by our Travel Expert. A deposit will be required upon the booking confirmation, and the balance will be settled as per our deposit and payment policies below.
A deposit of 20% of the total of the tour price is required upon confirmation of booking a tour. An extra deposit will be required when the normal deposit is less than the required amounts by local suppliers.
You will have peace of mind for your reservation until 1 month before the departure date. At that point, we require the full payment 30 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the Agent (Party A)
All the tour packages are operated on a pre-payment basis. If you use a travel voucher to redeem for re-bookings and changes, all terms and conditions of your travel voucher will be applied within the voucher’s validity.
USD$20.00 per person for individual hotel and air ticket bookings; or US$ 100.00 per person for the package tours will be charged as administrative fees in all cancellation cases upon service confirmation.
STANDARD CANCELLATIONS TIMELINE WILL BE CHARGED AS FOLLOWS:
- Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date: Administrative fees will be charged plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned service suppliers, such as: hotels, trains, and flight or boat companies … in accordance with their cancellation policies if any.
- From 60 to 30 days prior to the arrival date: Cancellation fee of 20% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned service suppliers, such as: hotels, trains, and flight or boat companies … in accordance with their cancellation policies if any.
- Between 29 to 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellation fee of 50% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned service suppliers, such as hotels, trains, and flight or boat companies … in accordance with their cancellation policies if any.
- Between 14 to 8 days prior to arrival date: Cancellation fee of 70% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned service suppliers, such as hotels, trains, and flight or boat companies … in accordance with their cancellation policies if any.
- Less than 8 days prior to arrival date, or no show: 100 % charge per group/booking.
Notes:
- In the event of any refund, which we return to you by the same way you paid us, all banking fees and/or deductions of any correspondent bank which might occur, will be counted on your account.
- All administrative & banking service fees will be forfeited in all cancellation cases upon service confirmation.
No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced.
Asia Luxury Travel will act as an intermediary between the clients and other service suppliers such as hotels, boat, air and train companies in the event of any complaint. Complaint must be in writing and within 28 days of return to clients’ original destination.
During guests (your clients) travelling in Vietnam, no refund or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member
ASIA LUXURY TRAVEL is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, pandemic, political actions, and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, ASIA LUXURY TRAVEL will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to the above conditions by all involved parties.
Your client’s passport(s) must be valid for at least six months following their entry date to travel destination. It is your responsibility to ensure that your clients are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
Travel insurance is not included in our tour prices. It is you (the agent) and/or the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details.
ASIA LUXURY TRAVEL strongly advises that you and/or your clients purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of their tours, including the loss of deposits through cancellation, loss of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death.
