The Afternoon Session
From preparing healthy snacks to a walk through the forest and a roll in the mud, this experience is a good way to learn more about how to pamper these amazing creatures and treat them to their version of a good time. As the sun begins to set, have a picnic in the wild and say goodbye to the elephants before heading back to town.
After breakfast, enjoy a full day excursion to discover Angkor Thom and Temples. Firstly, you will visit the wonderful Angkor Thom (the Great City) including the Southern Gate, famous Bayon temple (12th century in the centre of city remains one the most enigmatic temples of the Angkor group composed of 54 gothic towers decorated with 216 smiling faces of Avalokitesvara. Baphuon temple is lying just to the north of Bayon a pyramidal representation of mythical Mont Meru. Terrace of Elephants used as a giant reviewing stand for public ceremonies and served as a base for the king’s grand audience hall ; Terrace of the Leper King a platform 7m high, with statue and temple walls covered in emerald-green moss intertwined with roots which many deem the most charming of all, Ta Prohm.
Afternoon, it is time to visit the wonderful Angkor Wat Temples – one of the seven greatest architectural wonders of the world, as a temple and mausoleum forKing Suryavarman II at the peak of the Khmer empire in the first half of 12th. Angkor Wat is probably the best-preserved of the Angkorean temples, with a central tower surrounded by four smaller towers. The central monument represents the mythical Mount Meru, the holy mountain at the centre of the universe, which was home to the Hindu God Vishnu. The whole complex covers 81 hectares, a rectangular wall measuring 1025 meters by 800 meters borders the inner edge of the moat, and temple's greatest sculptural treasure is its 2 km-long bas-reliefs around the walls. In the late afternoon, visit to the Phnom Bakheng temple, is the first temple in Angkor region build by the Yacovarman I King in the first of 9th century, located on a slope gently hill where thousands tourist are grouping on the hilltop to catch a memorable time of life when viewing the marvellous sunset, the distant Angkor Wat in the jungle.

Breakfast at hotel, and then visit the floating village of Chong Khneas, located south of 10 kilometers Siem Reap. We take a boat trip in a traditional wooden boat on the Tonle Sap Lake, the "Great Lake" of Cambodia, one of the largest in Asia. We spend the rest of time visiting the "Chantiers Ecoles - Les Artisans d'Angkor" which provides training to young Cambodians in an effort to revive the ancient Khmer traditions of stone carving and wood sculpting. Spend the rest of time to visit one of the city’s lively open markets, Psar Chars, also called the “Old Market”, where anything and everything is for sale! Then continue to Wat Bo, a large, highly respected pagoda, founded in the 18th Century. Like the Silver Pagoda in Phnom Penh, the vihear of Wat Bo contains unique wall paintings of the Reamker that are said to be late 19th Century. Here we will have a blessing ceremony by Buddhist monks for propensity, happiness and safely etc, during your holiday in Cambodia. Tonight the tour guide will see you again and transfer you to see the remarkable Phare troupe perform a lively show that blends circus arts with riveting theater, dance and music to tell uniquely Cambodian stories — historical, folk and modern. 12:30 – 13:00: Welcome to Rosy Cruise. You will be given a short briefing about your cruise while sipping your welcome drink in the restaurant.
13:00 – 13:15: Enjoy a typical lunch in the luxury dining room while Rosy Cruise slowly glides between the numerous small islands and the sea-green color.
15:00: Drop anchor for swimming or just simply sunbathe on our cruise (private, wild and fresh air).
Also, you can do kayaking under our tour guide’s instructions to explore many beautiful spots.
16:30: Come back to Rosy Cruise
17:30: Summit on the sundeck for watching the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin, you are invited to Sunset party (we serve you local snacks and fresh fruits) and do not miss the special offer “Happy hours – buy 2 get 1 for free” (from 17:30 to 19:00).
18:00: You take part in cooking demonstration. We will guide you how to make the traditional Vietnamese dish – deep fried spring rolls.
19:15: The delicious dinner is served with fresh food set menu.
21:00: After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at panoramic bar or go down to the entrance of the cruise for the squid fishing (We open the light and preparing the squid fishing rods).
06:00 – 06:30: Wake up early for the sunrise (depends on the season and the weather)
Enjoy Tai Chi session on the sundeck (If it is not raining). Tai Chi helps focus the mind and condition the body.
06:30: Light breakfast is served in the dining room with the morning view of bay’s landscape.
08:30 – 08:45: You are transferred to the Day Boat and start cruising along to explore further Lan Ha Bay.
10:00: Cycling a short trip of 5km to Viet Hai village – a small village in the midst of the jungle, surrounded by the high mountain ranges of Cat Ba National Park. The area has become popular with foreign tourists without attracting the mass tourism so that it is still very rustic. For those who are not fancy with cycling will be arranged by electric car.
11:30: Go back to the Day Boat
12:00: Enjoy the lunch with beautiful view on the Day Boat.
13:15: Kayaking around the area to discover further landscape of the bay.
15:00: Swimming in the sea-green water at Three Peaches beach area
16:00 – 16:30: Say goodbye to the day boat crews and come back to Rosy Cruise.

08:30: Come back to Rosy Cruise and pack your luggage.
09:15: Check-out, settle your bills and return the room keys at the reception area
09:30: Delicious brunch is served with set menu.
10:45: After disembarking from Rosy Cruise, you will be transferred speedboat to Tuan Chau Marina
11:30: Transfer directly to Ninh Binh.
Arrival in Ninh Binh, check in at hotel and take a rest.
In the evening, you will enjoy Ninh Binh walking street and Hoa Lu ancient town with beautiful colorful lantern.
Breakfast at hotel, then you will start a tour to discover this beautiful province.
The first stop is Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from years 968 to 1010. Then you will visit the Temple of King Dinh and King Le to learn more about Vietnamese history under the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties.
Lunch by your own account
In the afternoon, you will visit Tam Coc, known as “Halong Bay on the land”, where you will spend 1.5 hours on the bamboo boat to explore this area. On this excursion down the Ngo Dong River, you will pass through the beautiful paddy fields, limestone karst formation, and a stunning cave system including Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba caves for a unique experience.
Cycling via countryside village
Then you will discover Bich Dong Pagoda, a ancient pagoda nestle in the mountain.
Overnight in Ninh Binh.
Breakfast at hotel, then you will continously visit Ninh Binh.
The first destination to explore in Ninh Binh today is Bai Dinh Pagoda, one of the most famous pagodas in Vietnam and well-known for many Asian and Vietnamese records. In the pagoda, you can see 500-stone statues of Arhats, a Belltower with 27 tons and 36 tons of bronze bell, and a Golden statue of the Goddess of Mercy
Lunch on your own
In the afternoon, you continue your trip to Trang An, a World Heritage Site recognized by UNESCO in 2014. There, you can spend 2.5 hours on the boat ride to enjoy the beauty of this place, which owns a beautiful tunnel cave system and appears in the New Version of Kong in 2016 – “Skull Island”.
Next, you will continue to visit Mua Cave, also known as the “Great Wall of China” in Vietnam, and climb 500 steps to reach the peak of Ngoa Long Mountain, overlooking the amazing view of the city and Tam Coc below.
Then transfer back to Hanoi, Overnight in Hanoi.
Explore the charming city of Hanoi, often referred to as the ‘Paris of the East’, with its yellow ochre colonial buildings, tree-lined boulevards and scenic lakes. Visit the historic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, an imposing monument of marble and granite built to house the preserved body of beloved revolutionary leader Ho Chi Minh, affectionately known to the Vietnamese as “Uncle Ho”. Visit the One Pillar Pagoda, a Buddhist temple built in 1049 of wood in the shape of a lotus blossom and set on a single stone pillar.
Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university built in the late 11th century. The picturesque temple is an example of well-preserved traditional Vietnamese architecture and is featured on the back of the 100,000 Vietnamese dong banknote.

In the afternoon, you will visit Hoa Lo Prison – a historical proof during Vietnam war.
Then drive back to central Hanoi for a walking tour through the famed Old Quarter known for its ‘36 streets of 36 wares’ named after the original 36 artisan guilds that date as far back as the 13th century. You will visit Hoan Kiem Lake with Ngoc Son Temple – the temple of the Jade Mountain.
Conclude your day by watching an entertaining water puppet performance, a uniquely northern Vietnamese art form said to have originated in the flooded rice fields of the Red River Delta where villagers entertained themselves by manipulating puppets over the water. The show uses colourful wooden puppets to depict scenes of rural life and episodes of national history set to music.
Then you will have a local street food tour by electric cart ride in Hanoi.

Then starting to discover Hoi An Ancient Town -– the well-preserved ancient architecture of a trading port from 15 – 19th century.
In the the late afternoon, Take a walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the ancient town centre, visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, the Chinese Assembly Hall, the 200-year old Tam Ky ancestral house and the famous Japanese Bridge.
Back to hotel and take a rest.
Go shopping with our guide, you can try clothes tailor-made, which is must-try in Hoi An.
Dinner on your own.
Then you will discover the beautiful Hoi An on sampan boat and take a lantern drop for luckiness, prosperity and health.
Overnight in Hoi An.
08:30am: Your guide will meet you in your hotel lobby, than you will cycle around Hoi An towards the Tra Que vegetable village - About 150 farmers and 400 owners live on there and cultivate about 20 types of vegetables and herbs such as mint, lettuce, basil, cilantro, broccoli and many more. From the more than 40 hectares of land 8 tons of Village Tra vegetables are sold every year. The vegetable growers do not use pesticides or GMOs, using natural fertilizers instead, including seaweed found in the river and harvested by gardeners every morning.
Walk in Tra Que vegetable village and meet local people working in the garden. During the walk, you will cross vast rice fields in the countryside and quiet road, far away from the tourist trails. You will see the activities of the inhabitants through the villages of Hoian.
The local farmer will teach you all about cultivation methods and how to protect developing vegetable from the insects as well as join the farmers in preparing gardening activities such as raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, transplanting and tending greens.
Continue riding through paddy field, Ba Le market, kindergarten ... until reaching Van Lang fisherman village and Bay Mau coconut water forest - about 7 hectares, surrounded by mangrove forests, canals, houses covered by coconut water leaf .
On the way, you will try farming work like plough and raking with buffalo, riding water buffalo, learning how to transplant rice, flooding farmd, grinding rice, pounding rice.
Then enjoy Coconut forest - This place had ever been the refuge for people and local soldiers during the Vietnam War. Nowadays, it is famous for providing the most seafood products.
You will be warmly welcomed at Mr. Han – a 3 generations family, taste of green tea and stroll through the village. You will row a basket boat within the hands of skillful locals and discover their techniques of traditional fishery in water coconut forest.
Back Mr. Han’ family for enjoy a foot bath with medicinal herbs, traditional therapeutic practice before getting ready to prepare lunch with a local family. Lunch will feature many local delicacies, such as Tam Huu spring rolls, BanhXeo local pancakes, grilled fish in banana leaf and others.

After a chance to rest, you select bicycles for a cycling tour around village paths leading us to home of Mr. Cong where you watch how he makes pop rice, shows you the blend of traditional and modern agricultural method that sustains the local village. He will reveal the secret of making 'rice pop'. This unique and nutritious foodstuff will become a gift for locals or children in school. Your guide explains how the animals are raised and shows you the way they collect 'biogas' to make free and sustainable cooking food.
Continuing riding on quiet village roads passing by a duck farm if we get a chance, green rice paddies, sedge field and small villages. Along the way, you visit one of the dragon or orange fruit plantations and taste it directly at the garden. This is a relaxing time with plenty of chances to capture the picturesque Asian sun set scenes. Enjoy the beautiful sunset before returning to the lodge on your bicycles.
Shower and refresh, you start to walk to home of neighbor who fought during the Vietnam war and be shared with the story, experienced of "poon" lights and traditional music. End of the show, we walk back in hand of traditional torche made of dried coconut leaves.
You are the chef! A traditional cooking class with Vietnamese pancake made by you. A great learning experience that means you can take a little of Vietnam home with you. Dinner is served at lodge's restaurant
After breakfast, loaded boats are already heading to local squatting market and transporting goods such as coconuts from one factory to the other, crossing local ferry to visit beautiful Cao Dai temple. We also had a chance to see these factories. Situated alongside the river, these are small coconut-processing operations. Once the coconut has been shelled, the coconut fibers are removed from the husk to make rope, which in turn is used to weave rugs. You can watch the whole manufacturing process in a short period of time. Most of the work is done by hand at very low cost. The buyers are mostly foreign companies.
Back to the Lodge, if time permitted, take some activities as to harvest some water coconut leaves and weave them up by you. These leaves are a key building material in the Mekong Delta as they are used to build the walls and roof of the houses. The local people will show you not only how they use these leaves but also how to make the 'poon' sticks that illuminated in the previous night.
Then you will transfer back to Ho chi minh.
