Evening: unwind with a gentle Thai massage to relieve jet lag and set the tone for your journey.
In the morning, you will join an Insight Meditation class with a local monk. By practicing meditation, we learn to stay calm amidst chaos and realize that true happiness comes from within, not from temporary external pleasures.
Back to hotel and take a short rest.
Then you will explore the timeless beauty of Bangkok with a private long-tail boat ride through the historic Klong canals and a guided visit to the Grand Palace.
- Glide along the Klong canals of Bangkok, often called the “Venice of the East,” where you can witness traditional wooden houses, vibrant floating markets, and the authentic lifestyle of local communities living by the water. This journey offers a glimpse into a slower pace of life, far from the city’s modern skyline, giving you a sense of Bangkok’s cultural heritage.
- Afterward, continue to the Grand Palace Bangkok, the city’s most iconic landmark and former royal residence. With its glittering golden spires, detailed murals, and the sacred Emerald Buddha, the palace showcases the pinnacle of Thai architecture, history, and spirituality. Visiting this site provides not only breathtaking photo opportunities but also a deep appreciation of Thailand’s royal traditions and spiritual devotion.
Finish your day by a herbal steam therapy to balance body and mind.
Travel by road from Bangkok to Ayutthaya, the ancient capital of Siam and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore iconic landmarks such as Wat Mahathat with its famous Buddha head entwined in tree roots, the grand Wat Phra Si Sanphet, and the riverside beauty of Wat Chaiwatthanaram. Visit the elegant Bang Pa-In Summer Palace, once a royal retreat.
In the afternoon, board a luxury river cruise back to Bangkok, enjoying a healthy Thai lunch while gliding along the Chao Phraya River.
End the day with a private sunset yoga session by the riverside, a serene way to balance body and mind after immersing yourself in Thailand’s golden history.
Morning flight to Chiang Mai, the cultural heart of Northern Thailand.
Evening: guided walk through a lively night bazaar, sampling Chiang Mai’s famous street food with a focus on healthy and light dishes.

Visit iconic landmarks such as Wat Phra Singh, renowned for its elegant Lanna-style architecture, Wat Chedi Luang, home to a towering ancient stupa, and Wat Chiang Man, the oldest temple in Chiang Mai with rare crystal Buddha images. Gain insight into the rich heritage, art, and Buddhist traditions of Northern Thailand.
Afternoon: immerse yourself in wellness traditions with a Thai herbal compress workshop, learning to create natural remedies using local herbs, followed by a calming tea meditation ceremony. This experience allows you to engage all senses while connecting with the timeless spirit of the Lanna culture.
Morning: journey into the lush countryside of Chiang Mai to visit an ethical Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, where elephants are cared for in a natural and cruelty-free environment. Learn about their history, feed them fresh fruit, and walk alongside these gentle giants. Unlike traditional camps, this responsible elephant sanctuary in Chiang Mai promotes conservation and offers a meaningful, hands-on experience that supports sustainable tourism.
