Our CEO, Nguyet Pham, comes from a family with revolutionary roots during the Vietnam War. Her grandfather was killed in battle, while his younger brother returned home injured and passed away soon after. From this painful history, she understands that many on both sides were victims of a time without choices.
Her family’s story is one of loss, unity, and courage. Her grandmother raised four children alone for twenty years, showing resilience while living with the regret of never bringing her husband home. This legacy inspires Nguyet to share the meaningful stories of history, tradition, and culture with the world.
From this foundation, and with more than 10 years of dedication in the travel industry, she redefines what true luxury travel means. For her, true luxury is not only about premium hotels or exclusive services, but about meaningful cultural connections, respect for history, and personalized care for every client.
